Last week was a busy week at OQS.  We completed STAR testing in math and reading.  STAR is computer based assessment with immediate results for teachers.  The students did a great job following directions to get logged in and completing the tests.  STAR assessment happens 3 times a year.  We had our first fire and evacuation drill last week, as well.  I was proud of our class's quiet behavior during the drill.  They were great role models.  On the lighter side, we met with our buddy class, 2H, for the first time.  We played card games with them on Friday afternoon.

On Monday 9/26, we celebrated filling the alphabet jar by having a sidewalk chalk party in the parking lot.  We are enjoying lots of PAWS-itive behavior at OQS!
